摘  要:针对预应力复合衬砌施工中因结构中钢筋和钢绞线密集而导致的狭小空间内混凝土浇筑振捣困难的问题,提出在钢模台车背面附着气动振动器。为明确气动振动器的可行性与适用性,基于QZD-160型气动振动器开展了预应力复合衬砌拱顶和拱腰区域的模型试验,通过断面目测、超声波检测和钻孔取芯等手段明确了该设备的作用深度、作用半径及运行风压等关键参数。结果表明,当单台QZD-160型气动振动器的运行风压为0.6 MPa时,其作用深度不小于0.55 m,作用半径约为0.9 m;建议将振动器在钢模台车上按等边三角形交错布置,并将环向和纵向的间距均控制在1.5 m内,且振动器运行风压需达0.6 MPa以上。In response to the problem of difficulty in pouring and vibrating concrete in narrow spaces caused by the dense concentration of steel bars and steel strands in the structure during the construction of prestressed composite lining,this article proposes to attach pneumatic vibrators on the back of the steel mould trolley.To clarify the feasibility and applicability of pneumatic vibrators,conducted model tests on the arch crown and arch waist area of prestressed composite lining based on the QZD-160 pneumatic vibrator.Key parameters such as the depth of action,radius of action,and operating wind pressure of the equipment were determined through cross-sectional visual inspection,ultrasonic testing,and core drilling.The results show that when the operating wind pressure of a single QZD-160 pneumatic vibrator is 0.6 MPa,its action depth is not less than 0.55 m,and the action radius is about 0.9 m;It is recommended that the vibrators be staggered on the steel mould work trolley as equilateral triangles,the clear distance in the circumferential and longitudinal directions should be controlled within 1.5 m,and the operating wind pressure of the vibrators should be more than 0.6 MPa.
