摘 要:对武汉市某道路透水混凝土路面掺加聚羧酸高性能减水剂时强度和透水性能进行研究。拟定设计孔隙率10%~20%,计算理论配合比;按照各配合比制作试件开展试验研究,测定对应不同设计孔隙率的抗压强度、连续孔隙率、透水系数;按满足透水性前提下保证强度最大原则确定最优孔隙率;以最优孔隙率为基准,分别探讨保持水泥用量不变及减少水泥用量保持水胶比不变两种情况下减水剂对透水混凝土性能的影响。实验表明,加入聚羧酸高性能减水剂可以减少透水混凝土单位用水量,在不改变单位水泥用量前提下,可以提高透水混凝土强度;在保持混凝土强度不变前提下,可以适当减少水泥用量,降低成本。文章确定实际工程最佳孔隙率和最佳减水剂掺量的方法可以为类似工程提供借鉴。The strength and permeability of the pervious concrete pavement of a road in Wuhan City were studied when polycarboxylic acid water reducer was added.Design the porosity of 10%~20%,calculate the theoretical mix ratio;test studies were carried out according to each mix ratio,the compressive strength,continuous porosity and permeability coefficient corresponding to different design porosity were measured;the optimal porosity is determined according to the principle of ensuring maximum strength under the premise of permeability;based on the optimum porosity,the effects of water reducer on the performance of pervious concrete under the conditions of keeping the cement content unchanged or reducing the cement content and keeping the water-binder ratio unchanged were discussed respectively;the experiment shows that adding polycarboxylic acid water reducer can reduce the unit water consumption of pervious concrete,and improve the strength of pervious concrete without changing the unit cement dosage;under the premise of keeping the strength of concrete unchanged,the amount of cement can be appropriately reduced to reduce the cost.The method of determining the optimal porosity and the optimal water reducer content in practical projects can provide reference for similar projects.
