摘 要:在大口径长距离跨江沉管工程中采用传统钢管下水方式面临着钢管分段数量增加、水中对接工程量大、长时间占用水域影响航运等难题。为此,参考船舶气囊下水的方式提出了大口径长距离钢管气囊滑道法下水的方法,以解决采用传统钢管下水方法进行大口径长距离钢管下水遇到的难题。介绍了金鼓江沉管工程中运用ABAQUS软件模拟分析钢管运用气囊滑道法下水过程中的应力变化情况,确定下水方案并付诸实践,探索出了一条、全新的切实可行的钢管下水方式,有效降低了大口径长距离钢管下水的施工难度。For a large-diameter and long-distance cross-river sunken pipe project,the traditional steel pipe launching method has problems such as more steel pipe sections,much underwater connecting work,and the impact of long-term occupation of water area on navigation.Therefore,referring to the launching method of ship airbag,a large-diameter and long-distance steel pipe launching method through airbag slideway is proposed.ABAQUS software was used to simulate and analyze the stress changes during the launching process of steel pipes by airbag slideway method for Jingu River sunken pipe project,based on which the launching plan was determined and implemented,so as to explore a feasible and brand new steel pipe launching method,effectively reduce the construction difficulty of large-diameter and long-distance steel pipe launching.
