线性水利工程建设征地移民安置规划——以DTX灌区项目为例

摘　　要：建设征地移民安置规划是工程建设的重要组成部分,是影响工程规模参数的决定性因素之一,更是事关工程顺利推进的关键内容。灌区项目、河道整治等线性水利工程与水库类项目的占地特点存在差异,移民安置规划侧重点也有所不同。本文对线性水利工程移民安置规划进行分析探讨,并以DTX灌区项目为例进行说明,为其他线性水利工程项目建设征地移民安置规划提供参考。Land acquisition and resettlement planning is an important component of engineering construction,is one of the decisive factors affecting the project scale parameters,and is also a key content related to the smooth progress of the project.There exists difference in the land occupation characteristics of linear water conservancy projects such as irrigation zone project and river regulation project and reservoir projects,so the focus of resettlement planning also varies.The author discussed the resettlement planning for linear water conservancy project,taking DTX Irrigation Zone Project as example.
