摘　　要：目的:总结机器人辅助技术在妇科领域中的相关研究进展,并对其临床效果进行评价。方法:对国内外机器人辅助妇科手术相关的文献进行系统回顾,对机器人辅助手术适用的妇科疾病进行探讨和总结。结果:机器人辅助技术在大多数妇科良恶性肿瘤的治疗中具有良好的临床效果。结论:机器人辅助技术广泛适用于妇科良恶性肿瘤的手术,且在术后恢复、住院时间、手术并发症等方面具有一定优势。Objective:To summarize the research progress of robot-assisted technology in gynecology and evaluate its clinical effect.Methods:Literatures related to robot-assisted gynecologic surgery at home and abroad were systematically reviewed,and the gynecological diseases suitable for robot-assisted surgery were discussed and summarized.Results:Robot-assisted surgery has a good clinical effect in the treatment of most benign and malignant gynecological tumors.Conclusion:Robot-assisted technology is widely used in gynecological surgery for benign and malignant tumors,and it has certain advantages in postoperative recovery,length of hospital stay,and surgical complications.
