摘 要:研究了不同活化方式(物理活化、物理-热复合活化、热-物理复合活化、物理-化学复合活化)对钼尾矿粉粒度、细度、比表面积、活性的影响,探究了活化钼尾矿粉的掺量(0~30%)对胶砂抗折、抗压强度的影响,并进行了SEM分析。结果表明:与未活化钼尾矿粉相比,几种活化钼尾矿粉的细度和比表面积显著增大,粒径显著减小,且均主要分布在10~100μm之间;几种活化钼尾矿粉的7 d、28 d活性指数均相差不大,且分别不低于70%、60%;与基准组相比,掺活化钼尾矿粉试件的7 d、28 d抗折、抗压强度均降低,内部结构相对疏松,且存在孔洞和微裂缝。The effects of different activation methods(physical activation,physical-thermal composite activation,thermal-physical composite activation,and physical-chemical composite activation)on the particle size,fineness,specific surface area,and activity of molybdenum tailings powder were studied,and the effects of the content of activated molybdenum tailings powder(0~30%)on the flexural and compressive strength of the mortar were investigated,and the SEM analysis was conducted.The results show that compared with unactivated molybdenum tailings powder,the fineness and specific surface area of several activated molybdenum tailings powder significantly increase,while the particle size significantly decreases,and the particle size is mainly distributed between 10~100μm.The 7 d and 28 d activity index of several activated molybdenum tailings powders are similar,and are not less than 70%and 60%,respectively.Compared with the black group,the 7 d and 28 d flexural and compressive strength of the specimens with activated molybdenum tailings powder decrease,and the internal structure is relatively loose with pores and microcracks.
