摘  要:建立乙醇水体系非理想精馏塔,在Aspen Plus中建立稳态模型,将稳态模型导入Aspen Dynamics后建立全场控制方案,并对酒精精馏过程的动态响应进行了研究。当扰动发生时由于传统PID控制方案效果不理想,最终导致产品纯度下降等问题,在动态模型的传统控制方案上添加多变量动态矩阵预测控制算法(DMC)。控制系统的仿真结果表明,基于机理模型的DMC可以大大降低生产波动,实现平稳运行过程。In this paper,a non-ideal distillation column for ethanol-water system was established,a steady-state model was built in Aspen Plus,a full-field control scheme was built after importing the steady-state model into Aspen Dynamics,and the dynamic response of the alcohol distillation process was investigated.Due to the traditional PID control scheme produces large fluctuations during perturbation,which ultimately leads to the problem of product purity degradation,the multivariate dynamic matrix predictive control algorithm(DMC)was added to the traditional control scheme of the dynamic model.The simulation results of the control system showed that the Dynamic Matrix Predictive Control(DMC)based on the mechanism model can greatly reduce the production fluctuation and achieve a smooth operation process.
