摘  要:分馏塔顶注水是控制塔顶低温部位腐蚀的重要工艺防腐措施,注水量应使注入点存在足量液态水,典型的注水量应使注水点气相水达到饱和所需水量再加上25%。目前由于缺乏较为通用的注水量核算方法,一些装置在注水管理方面较为粗放,造成注水量调整比较随意,不能实现准确有效的控制。文章提出一种新的算法,基于热平衡的原理,可以使用通用的工艺计算方法来核算注水量,以实现注水量的精细化管理。计算过程不依赖流程模拟类专用软件,计算结果较为准确可靠。Water injection at the top of the fractionation tower is an important process anti-corrosion measure to control the corrosion of the low-temperature part of the tower top.The water injection amount should ensure that there is sufficient liquid water at the injection point,and a typical water injection amount should ensure that the gas phase water at the injection point reaches the required saturation water amount,plus 25%.At present,due to the lack of a more general calculation method for water injection volume,some devices are more extensive in water injection management,resulting in arbitrary adjustment of water injection volume and inability to achieve accurate and effective control.Based on the principle of Thermal equilibrium,a new algorithm is proposed in this paper,which can use the general process calculation method to calculate the water injection volume,so as to realize the refined management of water injection volume.The calculation process does not rely on specialized software for process simulation,and the calculation results are more accurate and reliable.
