摘　　要：随着信息技术的兴起和应用,人类进入智能化时代,社会治理数字化开启新纪元。社会治理数字化以数据平台为关键基础设施、以数字技术为重要驱动力、以数字政府为领导核心,帮助解决我国城市治理过程中的问题、提升政府治理水平并为国家治理现代化赋能。当前,社会治理数字化创新面临多元主体自觉性不足,协同不充分、治理体系建设不完善,发挥作用一般、人才培养机制滞后,数字人才短缺以及相关法律法规不完善,监管难度较大等现实困境。为此,应采取完善相关法律法规,加大监管力度、完善数字化治理体系,提升数字化治理能力以及积极参与全球数字化治理,构建数字命运共同体等创新路径。With the rise and application of information technology,human beings have entered the era of intelligence and opened a new era of digital social governance.With data platform as the key infrastructure,digital technology as an important driving force and digital government as the leadership core,social governance digitalization helps China solve the problems in the process of urban governance,improve the level of government governance and empower the modernization of national governance.At present,the digital innovation of social governance is faced with realistic difficulties such as insufficient consciousness of multiple subjects,insufficient coordination,imperfect governance system construction,general effect,lagging talent training mechanism,shortage of digital talents,imperfect relevant laws and regulations,and greater difficulty in supervision.To this end,innovative paths should be taken such as improving relevant laws and regulations,strengthening supervision,improving the digital governance system,enhancing digital governance capabilities,actively participating in global digital governance,and building a digital community with a shared future.
