摘 要:本实验以2-氨基-2-甲基-1-丙醇(AMP)和二乙烯三胺(DETA)为吸收剂,探究了二者在不同配比下的吸收解吸性能,并与其他醇胺复配,开发出一种高性能混合胺二氧化碳吸收剂。实验发现AMP-DETA二元体系的吸收解吸性能均优于传统的乙醇胺(MEA)溶液,当AMP∶DETA=1∶1时,综合性能最优,物质的量负载为0.73 mol/mol,解吸率为82.99%。在此配比下进行三元复配时,加入哌嗪(PZ)可使吸收剂的初始吸收速率提升38.57%,三乙烯四胺(TETA)可使吸收剂的CO_(2)物质的量负载提升36.99%,而N-甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)可缩短1/3的解吸时间,从不同维度降低再生能耗。In this study,the absorption and desorption properties of absorbent with different proportions of 2-amino-2-methyl-1-pro⁃panol(AMP)and diethylenetriamine(DETA)were explored,and a high-performance mixed amine carbon dioxide absorbent was devel⁃oped by further compounding with other alcohol amines.The experimental results showed that the absorption and desorption perfor⁃mance of AMP-DETA binary system was better than that of traditional ethanolamine(MEA)solution,and the comprehensive perfor⁃mance of the absorbent with the ratio of AMP to DETA of 1∶1 was the best,with a molar load of 0.73 mol/mol and a desorption rate of 82.99%.Under this ratio,the initial absorption rate of absorbent could be increased by 38.57%by adding piperazine(PZ),the molar load of CO_(2) could be increased by 36.99%by adding tetraethylenetriamine(TETA),and the desorption time could be shortened by one third by adding N-methyldiethanolamine(MDEA),thus reducing the energy consumption of regeneration from different dimensions.
