摘 要:采用离线式CKK流化床技术协同处置生活垃圾,具有垃圾适应性好,资源化程度高、节能减排效果好等特点。本文以300 t/d生活垃圾水泥窑协同处置项目为研究对象,借助热工检测和理论计算等技术手段,分析研究CKK系统协同处置生活垃圾对水泥窑熟料质量、运行工况和节能降碳的影响。利用CKK技术协同处置生活垃圾后,熟料标煤耗降低4 kg/t,年减少二氧化碳减排20300t;分解炉出口NO_(x)浓度平均由496×10^(-6)降低至340×10^(-6)左右,氨水用量降低1.0~1.5L/t。The off-line CKK fluidized bed technology is used for collaborative disposal of household waste,which has the characteris⁃tics of good adaptability to waste,high degree of recycling,and good effect of energy saving and emission reduction.In this paper,the collaborative disposal project of 300 t/d household waste cement kiln was taken as the research object,and the influence of CKK system collaborative disposal of household waste on clinker quality,operating condition,energy saving and carbon reduction of cement kiln was analyzed and studied by means of thermal testing,theoretical calculationand other technical means.When CKK system and cement kiln co-dispose household waste,the clinker standard coal consumption is reduced by 4 kg/t,and carbon dioxide emission is reduced by 20300 t annually.The average NO_(x) concentration at the outlet of calciner decreased from 496×10^(-6)to about 340×10^(-6),and the amount of ammonia water decreased by 1.0~1.5 L/t.
