摘　　要：为了降低熟料标准煤耗,我公司在工艺技术创新、设备改造和新技术的应用上做了许多工作,通过优化工艺设备、减少系统漏风、减少回灰参入导致的煤质贫化、分解炉使用360°扩散燃烧器和部分装备的小改小革等一系列措施,熟料标准煤耗从105.8 kg/t降低到了102.3 kg/t。In order to reduce the standard coal consumption of clinker,our company has done a lot of work in process technology inno⁃vation,equipment transformation,and the application of new technologies.Through a series of measures such as optimizing process equipment,reducing system air leakage,reducing coal quality depletion caused by ash injection,using 360°diffusion burners in the de⁃composition furnace,and small modifications of some equipment,the standard coal consumption of clinker has been reduced from 105.8 kg/t to 102.3 kg/t.
