摘　　要：生产骨料产生大量的废弃石屑砂及废石粉,为了实现资源综合利用,我公司将废弃石屑砂及废石粉部分或全部替代天然河砂作为细骨料和粗骨料调整搭配配料试验生产预拌混凝土,通过多次反复实验及配比的优化调整,探索出一条用废弃石屑砂及废石粉在混凝土中应用的一条新路。既解决了河砂的短缺又充分利用了废弃物的排放,实现资源综合利用,降低了生产成本提高经济效益。The production of aggregates generates a large amount of waste stone debris sand and waste stone powder.In order to achieve comprehensive utilization of resources,our company partially or completely replace natural river sand with waste stone debris sand and waste stone powder as fine and coarse aggregates to adjust and mix the ingredients in the production of ready-mixed concrete.Through multiple repeated experiments and optimized adjustments of the proportions,we have explored a new path for the application of waste stone debris sand and waste stone powder in concrete.It not only solves the shortage of river sand but also fully utilizes the discharge of waste,achieving comprehensive utilization of resources,reducing production costs,and improving economic benefits.
