摘 要:针对不同帘线参数对单曲囊式空气弹簧垂向刚度特性的影响,采用模拟仿真软件分别研究了帘线层数、帘线角度、帘线间距、帘线半径对橡胶空气弹簧垂向刚度的影响,在此基础上通过与疲劳试验结果进行对比。结果表明:通过仿真分析空气弹簧的应力主要集中在盖板与弹簧的接口弯曲处,且应力大小随着帘线角度与帘线间距的增加而减小,与试验结果损伤区域基本一致。但疲劳试验空气弹簧囊体的寿命会随着帘线角度的增大而有所增加,因此在设计空气弹簧时要综合考虑两者的影响,对空气弹簧今后的设计与应用具有指导意义。Aiming at the effects of different cord parameters on the vertical stiffness characteristics of a single curved bladder air spring,this article uses simulation software to study the effects of the number of cord layers,cord angle,cord spacing,and cord radius on the vertical stiffness of rubber air springs.Based on this,a comparison is made with fatigue test results.The results indicate that through simulation analysis,the stress of the air spring is mainly concentrated at the bending of the interface between the cover plate and the spring,and the magnitude of the stress decreases with the increase of the cord angle and cord spacing,which is basically consistent with the damage area of the test results.However,the lifespan of the air spring capsule during fatigue testing will increase with the increase of the cord angle.Therefore,the influence of both factors should be comprehensively considered when designing the air spring.It has guiding significance for the future design and application of air springs.
