摘　　要：甲胎蛋白阳性的肝结核并肝十二指肠韧带淋巴结结核较为少见,本文就患者的病史和影像学表现进行分析诊断,总结分析影像学特征,结合病灶的病理活检,最终依靠病理明确肝结核合并HLLT诊断。Hepatic tuberculosis with positive alpha fetoprotein and lymph node tuberculosis in the hepatoduodenal ligament are relatively rare.This article analyzes and diagnoses the patient's medical history and imaging manifestations,summarizes and analyzes imaging features,and combines pathological biopsy of the lesion to ultimately determine the diagnosis of hepatic tuberculosis and HLLT based on pathology.
