摘  要:以某模具厂为例,对其生产流程的时间周期和成本瓶颈进行了分析诊断。采用信息化及企业与部门间相互协作优化其生产流程瓶颈,对其冗长的生产制造流程进行了时间周期和成本优化。选择Petri网作为建模工具,建立了某厂的玩具手枪模具从获取订单到模具产品制成的生产流程Petri网模型。着重针对产品制造生产流程,选择流程周期时间为参数,应用ExSpect软件进行仿真诊断分析,对旧的生产流程进行了重组,获得了新的生产流程模型。新的生产流程生产时间周期由140 h缩短到了约71 h,时间周期明显缩短,大幅度提高了制造的生产流程执行效率;同时仿真结果的方差表明,处理过程的不确定性也有所降低。总体上提高了生产效率,实现了生产流程的优化。By taking a die factory as an example,it was analyzed and diagnosed the time cycle and cost bottleneck of its production process.The bottleneck of its production process was optimized by information technology and cooperation between enterprises and departments,and the time cycle and cost of its long production process were optimized.Chose Petri net as modeling tool,the production process Petri net model of toy pistol die in a factory was established from order acquisition to manufacture of die products.Focused on the product manufacturing process,the cycle time of the process was chosen as the parameter,and the simulation diagnosis was carried out by ExSpect software.Regrouped old production process,and got new production process model.The production time cycle of the new production process was shortened from 140 hours to about 71 hours,which significantly shortened time cycle and improved the efficiency of manufacturing production process execution,at the same time,the variance of the simulation results indicated that a reduction in the uncertainty of the processing process.Overall,it improved production efficiency and achieved optimization of production processes.
