摘  要:二氧化碳(CO_(2))捕集与封存技术(CCS)是实现“双碳”目标的一项重大技术,如何运用CCS技术实现碳减排,成为全球关注的热点问题。因地质体具有良好的封闭性和巨大的封存潜力,CO_(2)地质封存成为碳封存的首选方式。单纯的地质封存项目成本高昂,不适宜开展大规模推广;油气藏注CO_(2)提高采收率技术在全球范围内已经较为成熟,其目的主要是提高油气采收率。将这两者相结合,大幅度提高油气采收率的同时,可实现CO_(2)长久安全封存,节约碳封存成本。在对CO_(2)地质封存与油气藏注CO_(2)提高采收率技术的作用机理与发展现状进行阐述的基础上,提出“双碳”愿景下中国油气工业应大力发展二氧化碳捕集、利用及封存(CCUS)提高油气采收率技术,实现CO_(2)绿色资源化利用,达到既实现CO_(2)的地质封存又提高油气采收率双赢的目的。指出目前的技术瓶颈及进一步发展的方向,特别是随着油气勘探开发领域向非常规、难采储量油气藏发展,中国大力发展CCUS提高油气采收率技术更具重要性和迫切性,并且具有广阔的应用前景,对于中国顺利实现“双碳”目标,保障国家能源安全及可持续高质量发展具有重要意义。CCS(carbon capture and storage)technology is a major technology to achieve the"dual carbon"goal.How to use CCS technology to achieve carbon reduction has become a hot issue of global concern.Due to the good sealing and huge storage potential of geological bodies,CO_(2) geological storage has become the preferred method of carbon storage.A simple CO_(2) geological storage project is expensive and not suitable for large-scale promotion;The CO_(2) injection technology for improving oil and gas recovery in oil and gas reservoirs has become relatively mature globally,but its main purpose is to improve oil and gas recovery.Combining these two can significantly improve oil and gas recovery,while also achieving long-term safe CO_(2) storage and saving carbon storage costs.On the basis of elaborating on the mechanism and current development status of CO_(2) geological storage and CO_(2) injection to improve oil and gas recovery technology,it is proposed that under the"dual carbon"vision,China's oil and gas industry should vigorously develop CCUS(carbon capture,utilization and storage)technology to improve oil and gas recovery,achieve green resource utilization of CO_(2),and achieve a win-win situation of both CO_(2) geological storage and oil and gas recovery.At the same time,it points out the current technological bottlenecks and the direction for further development,especially with the development of unconventional and difficult to recover reserves in the field of oil and gas exploration and development.It is more important and urgent for China to vigorously develop CCUS to improve oil and gas recovery technology,and it has broad application prospects.It is of great significance for China to successfully achieve the"dual carbon"goal,ensure national energy security,and sustainable high-quality development.
