摘　　要：梁衡的个人修养、职业精神、众多名篇,统称为“梁衡现象”。他的人品与人生、业绩与创新、良知与担当,则是“梁衡现象”传播价值的核心内容。传播方式主渠道为自身魅力的引发,其次为外力的助推。《孤帆觅渡》一书起了重要助推作用。此书善于选定写作目标、长于秉持真实、喜于容纳异声,形成了不循常套、自创一路的写作风格。传播效果上,除了直接性效果,取得了少见的间接性效果,在作用人们头脑的同时,参与了社会生活,形成了完整、清晰而独特的传播链条。Liang Heng’s personal cultivation,professional spirit,and numerous masterpieces are collectively known as the“Liang Heng phenomenon”.His character and life,achievements and innovations,conscience and sense of responsibility are the core contents of the value dissemination of the“Liang Heng phenomenon”.The main channel of communication is the initiation of his own charm,followed by the boost of external forces.The book“Solitary Sailing”has played an important role in boosting this phenomenon.This book is good at setting writing goals,upholding the truth,and accommodating different views,forming a writing style that does not follow the usual rules and creates its own way of writing.In terms of dissemination effects,it has achieved rare indirect effects,and while acting on people’s minds,it has also participated in social life,forming a complete,clear,and unique chain of communication.
