少年司法场域下社会工作与检察机关权力关系探析——基于一个检察机关购买服务项目的个案分析

摘　　要：以一个检察机关购买服务项目为研究案例,探讨社会工作和检察机关双方在司法场域下的权力互动关系。在案例中,权力的互动呈现为检察机关对社工的权力渗透和社工走向专业建制化,由此衍生出权力的不平衡和专业的式微。因此,一方面需要增强社会工作者的专业性,在合作中建立专业权威;另一方面需要建立健全社工的批判意识,同检察机关建立起既独立又合作的关系,推动少年司法场域下权力关系互动走向公平和合理。This paper takes a service purchase project by procurator agency as a research case to explore the power interaction between social work and procurator agency in the judicial field.In the case,the interaction of power is manifested as the power infiltration of the procurator agency to social workers and the professional organization of social workers,which generates the imbalance of power and the decline of professionalism.Therefore,this paper believes that on the one hand,it is necessary to enhance the professionalism of social workers and establish professional authority in cooperation;on the other hand,it is necessary to establish the critical consciousness of social workers,establish an independent and cooperative relationship with the procurator agency,and promote the interaction of power relations under thejuvenile justice field to be fair and reasonable.
