摘　　要：随着老龄化社会的到来,以及外科麻醉领域的进步,全髋关节置换术(THA)这种治疗终末期髋关节疾病的手术开展得越来越多,其疗效显著,可以有效地提高患者的生活质量。然而,大多数THA患者术后承受着中到重度的疼痛,不利于患者术后进行功能锻炼,甚至发展为慢性疼痛,严重影响患者的康复。目前的镇痛方法包括椎管内镇痛、区域神经阻滞、局部浸润镇痛以及口服或静脉注入镇痛药物等。近年来,在超声可视化工具的辅助下,区域麻醉技术取得了很大进步。本文对THA目前采用的镇痛方式与快速康复相关指标作一综述,旨在进一步探索最佳的镇痛方案以促进医疗质量提升。With the advent of the aging society and the progress in the field of surgical anesthesia,total hip arthroplasty(THA),a kind of surgery for end-stage hip diseases,has been carried out more and more frequently due to its remarkable efficacy.Now it has been proved to effectively improve the quality of life for patients.However,most THA patients suffer from moderate to severe pain,which is not conducive to patients’functional exercise after surgery,and some even develop into chronic pain,which seriously affects patients’rehabilitation.Current analgesia methods include regional nerve blocks,intraspinal analgesia,local infiltration analgesia and oral or intravenous injection of analgesics.In recent years,with the aid of ultrasound visualization tools,regional anesthesia technology has made great progress.This paper reviews the current analgesic methods and related indicators of rapid rehabilitation in THA,in order to further explore the best analgesic scheme to promote the improvement of medical quality.
