易地搬迁移民就业质量提升:基于家庭调查分析

摘　　要：提升就业质量是维持易地搬迁移民生计可持续和城市融入的关键,对扎实推进共同富裕具有重要而深远的意义。通过对贵州省1409户易地搬迁家庭进行问卷调查,运用交叉(卡方)检验实证分析,发现易地搬迁安置区就业质量普遍较低,体现在搬迁移民家庭劳动力就业能力低影响就业质量、安置区周边用工主体吸纳就业能力不足影响就业质量和公共就业服务能力不足影响就业质量。建议通过精准化培训提升搬迁移民个体综合素质能力、拓宽家门口就业渠道解决外出就业与家庭负担的矛盾、发展新就业形态扩大就业容量、融合服务强化公共就业服务能力等策略提升搬迁移民就业质量。Improving the quality of employment is crucial for maintaining the sustainable livelihoods and urban integration of relocated immigrants,and has significant and far-reaching implications for solidly promoting common prosperity.Through a questionnaire survey of 1409 relocated families in Guizhou Province and empirical analysis using cross(chi square)tests,it was found that the employment quality in relocation and resettlement areas is generally low,which is reflected in the low employment ability of migrant families,the insufficient absorption of employment ability of surrounding labor entities,and the insufficient public employment service ability affecting employment quality.It is recommended to improve the overall quality and ability of relocated immigrants through precise training,broaden employment channels at home to solve the contradiction between employment and the multidimensional burden of families,develop new forms of employment to expand employment capacity,and integrate services to strengthen public employment service capabilities,among other strategies,in order to enhance the employment quality of relocated immigrants.
