摘　　要：为破解当前体育硕士专业学位研究生的就业困境,从就业形势、招聘要求、职业选择、就业观念方面进行分析,结果:当前体育硕士专业学位研究生就业困境主要与研究生个人能力、就业观念、市场岗位供给及培养过程等因素相关。个人层面:需加强自身能力,提升竞争优势;明确职业规划,改正就业观念。社会层面:需降低区域发展差异,促进体育产业发展;积极落实就业政策,建设健康就业环境。培养过程层面:需优化培养课程设置,强化专业知识培养;完善学校资源配置,健全就业规划指导。In order to solve the current employment dilemma of graduate students with master's degree in physical education,this paper analyzes the employment situation,recruitment requirements,career choices and employment concepts.The results show that the current employment dilemma of graduate students with master's degree in physical education is mainly related to factors such as the personal abilities,employment concepts,market job supply and training process of graduate students.At the individual level,it is necessary to strengthen their own abilities to enhance their competitive advantages,and clarify their career plans to correct their employment concepts.At the social level,it is necessary to reduce regional development differences to promote the development of the sports industry,and actively implement employment policies to build a healthy employment environment.At the level of the training process,it is necessary to optimize the training curriculum to strengthen the cultivation of professional knowledge,and improve the allocation of school resources to improve the guidance of employment planning.
