摘　　要：该研究以中华优秀传统文化的传承为背景,通过实证研究法,探索舞龙舞狮运动特色课程的建设与开发在高职院校体育教学改革中的应用和意义。研究发现,舞龙舞狮运动不仅具有丰富的文化内涵,还能有效提升高职院校学生的体质和团队协作能力。多所高职院校的实践活动证明,融入舞龙舞狮等传统运动元素的体育课程备受学生喜爱和追捧。这些发现为高职体育教育改革提供了新视角和方法,体现了高职体育教学传承和发展传统文化的重要性,同时能够助力传统文化的发扬和传承。This study takes the inheritance of excellent traditional Chinese culture as the background,and explores the application and significance of the construction and development of the characteristic courses of dragon and lion dance in physical education teaching reform in vocational colleges through the empirical research method.Research has found that dragon and lion dance not only has rich cultural connotations,but also can effectively enhance the physical fitness and teamwork ability of vocational college students.The practical activities of many vocational colleges have proven that physical education courses that incorporate traditional sports elements such as dragon and lion dance are highly loved and sought after by students.These findings provide new perspectives and methods for vocational physical education reform,which emphasize the importance of inheriting and developing traditional culture in vocational physical education teaching,and assist in the promotion and inheritance of traditional culture.
