Aiming at the problem that the porous characteristics of recycled concrete are beneficial to the transmission of gas and water, which leads to the poor carbonation resistance compared with ordinary concrete materials,a process of applying continuous pressure to improve the pore structure of recycled concrete during concrete curing period is proposed, and the carbonation resistance of recycled concrete under this process is analyzed in this article. The results show that the air content of the recycled concrete is reduced by 54.0%,the pores above 0.1 mm are reduced by 40.2%,and the 28 d carbonation depth is reduced by 47.7% compared with the specimens without mechanical force when the pressure is continuously applied and the load is kept for 2 days during the curing process of recycled concrete. These research outcomes offer valuable technical insights for enhancing the carbonation resistance of prefabricated components fabricated from recycled concrete.
