摘 要:由于顶管施工现场的环境复杂性增加和顶进长度的增长,不恰当的施工参数控制可能导致对现有建筑物的影响过大甚至引发重大安全事故。因此,研究顶管施工中土体扰动机理、了解各施工参数对地层扰动的影响,对从理论上指导顶管施工,优化施工工艺具有重要的研究意义。通过数值模拟研究注浆压力、开挖面支护力对土体变形的影响规律,并与实测结果进行了对比验证。结果表明,不同注浆压力情况下,地表竖向位移呈“弓”字形变化趋势;在距始发井15~50m距离范围内,各注浆压力的地表沉降变化基本一致。开挖面支护力与地表沉降数值基本呈负相关关系,并且在距始发井约为10m位置处,地表竖向位移出现反弯点,范围外的土体趋于稳定。The increase of environmental complexity and jacking length of pipe jacking construction sites and improper construction parameter control may lead to excessive impact on existing buildings and even major safety accidents.Therefore,it is necessary to study the mechanism of soil disturbance in pipe jacking construction and understand the influence of various construction parameters on stratum disturbance.It has important research significance for theoretically guiding pipe jacking construction and optimizing construction technology.The influence of grouting pressure and excavation face support force on soil deformation was studied by numerical simulation,and compared with the measured results.The result shows that under different grouting pressures,the vertical displacement of the surface shows a'bow'shape change trend.In the range of 15~50 m from the starting well,the surface settlement changes of each grouting pressure are basically the same.The supporting force of the excavation face is basically negatively correlated with the surface settlement value,and at about 10 m from the starting well,the vertical displacement of the surface appears the inflection point,and the soil outside the range tends to be stable.
