摘　　要：结合嘉兴市污水处理扩容工程外排三期(排海管扩容部分)项目,针对大口径超长距离顶管施工中所存在的困难进行了技术攻关。解决了混凝土沉井节段划分及工厂化制作、沉井分节下沉、封底混凝土浇筑、顶管施工等过程中存在的难题,确保了项目顺利实施。总结的管理工作经验,可为类似项目提供借鉴。Combined with the third phase of the sewage treatment expansion project in Jiaxing City(the expansion part of the sea pipe),technical difficulties in the construction of large-diameter and ultra-long-distance pipe jacking are tackled.The problems in the process of concrete caisson section division and factory production,caisson subsection sinking,bottom sealing concrete pouring and pipe jacking construction are solved,which ensures the smooth implementation of the project.The summarized management experience can provide reference for similar projects.
