摘 要:某双塔高层建筑在空中连廊与底部裙房分别相连,存在扭转不规则、楼板不连续、刚度突变、尺寸突变、构件间断等超限不规则项,属于超限高层结构,给施工带来了困难。为此,通过对结构多遇地震弹性分析、楼板应力分析、构件性能化分析、连体钢结构专项分析、弹塑性时程分析等计算分析结构抗震性能,提出相应技术措施加强结构薄弱部位,保证了地震作用下结构安全可靠,总结的经验可供类似项目参考。A double-tower high-rise Structure is connected to the air corridor and the bottom podium respectively.However,it is an out-of-code high-rise structure with out-of-code irregular items,such as irregular torsion,floor slab discontinuity,stiffness mutation,size mutation and component discontinuity,which brings certain difficulties to the construction.Therefore,the seismic performance of the structure is analyzed by elastic analysis under frequent earthquake action,floor stress analysis,component performance analysis,special analysis of connected steel structure and elastic-plastic time history analysis.And the corresponding technical measures are proposed to strengthen the weak parts of the structure,so as to ensure the safety and reliability of the structure under the action of earthquake.The summarized experience can be used as reference for similar projects.
