上拉杆式悬挑脚手架在异形幕墙施工中的应用研究

摘　　要：对型钢悬挑脚手架及上拉杆式悬挑脚手架等2种类型悬挑脚手架钢梁受力模式进行了对比,说明了上拉杆式悬挑脚手架的受力优势。重点分析了上拉杆式悬挑脚手架体系的上拉杆上端偏离悬挑梁所在竖平面对该体系受力的影响。以上海某城市核心区综合体项目幕墙装饰施工为例,针对裙房影院部分调控区外墙为非结构混凝土墙,外部为异形幕墙装饰,导致施工存在的难题,为保证现场施工进度及施工安全,成功应用了上拉杆式悬挑脚手架,确保了施工过程安全并降低工程费用,总结的经验可供类似工程参考。A comparison is made in this paper between the stress modes of two types of cantilever scaffold steel beams:the section steel cantilever scaffold and the upper tie rod cantilever scaffold.The advantages of the latter are then explained.Then,the influence of the upper end of the upper tie rod of the upper tie rod cantilever scaffold system deviating from the vertical plane of the cantilever beam on the force of the system is analyzed.Taking the curtain wall decoration construction of a complex project in the core area of a city in Shanghai as an example.In order to solve the problem that the external wall of some control area of podium cinema is non-structural concrete wall and the external wall is decorated with special-shaped curtain wall,which leads to the construction problems,and ensure the construction progress and construction safety,the upper tie rod cantilever scaffold is successfully applied.Finally,the safety of the construction process is ensured and the project cost is reduced.The experience can be used as a reference for similar projects.
