摘　　要：本文围绕中唐伟大的文学家、思想家、政治家柳宗元“以民为本,甘为民役”的政治理念,就其来源、形成与发展及其实践与成就作了多维度的分析和论述,充分肯定了柳宗元“民役”理念的哲学、政治和社会治理价值,对其历史意义和现实意义作了积极的评价。This paper focuses on the political philosophy of Liu Zongyuan,a great literary writer,thinker and politician in the Mid-Tang Dynasty,which is“people-oriented and willing to serve the people”,analyzes and discusses its origin,formation and development,as well as its practice and achievements from multiple dimensions,fully affirms the philosophical,political and social governance value of Liu Zongyuan’s“service for the people”philosophy,and positively evaluates its historical and contemporary significance.
