摘　　要：卵巢功能减退性疾病是妇科疑难杂病,国医大师刘敏如教授首创并补遗相应中医妇科学病名——“经水早断诸证”,并进行分期辨证论治。刘敏如认为该病病机为肾本不足,心肝脾郁滞。临床诊治首辨分期,包括肾气不足、天癸不裕,肾气亏虚、天癸早耗的早期阶段;天癸早竭,经水不复的晚期阶段。再辨阴阳气血及受累脏腑:肾阴虚、肝气郁结证;肾阳虚、脾阳不运证;肾水亏、心血不足证;肾精虚、髓海空虚证。治疗大法为平衡阴阳,重视补肾填精,调理心肝脾,临床随证化裁,收效良好。附医案一则。Ovarian hypofunction is a difficult and complicated gynecological disease.Professor Liu Minru,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,creates and supplements the corresponding name of a gynecological disease of traditional Chinese medicine--"syndromes inducing premature cessation of menstrual fluid",and treats them by stages.She believes that the pathogenesis of the disease lies in the kidney deficiency,stagnation of heart,liver and spleen.In her clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease,the first step is to distinguish its stages,including the early stage that features deficiency of kidney qi and Tiangui;depletion of kidney qi and Tiangui;and its late stage that features the early exhaustion of Tiangui and menstrual fluid.Secondly,she differentiates syndromes based on yin,yang,qi and blood and the involved organs,e.g.,syndrome of stagnation of liver qi due to kidney yin deficiency,syndrome of impaired transportation of spleen yang due to kidney yang deficiency,syndrome of heart blood deficiency due to deficient kidney fluid,syndrome of marrow sea insufficiency due to deficiency of kidney essence.Her main treatment method is to balance yin and yang,replenish the kidney and essence,regulate the heart,liver and spleen,and adjust prescriptions according to specific syndromes to achieve a remarkable effect in clinical practice.A medical record is attached in this paper.
