基于CiteSpace的骨质疏松症中医外治法可视化分析

摘　　要：目的:分析中医外治法在防治骨质疏松症领域中的研究现状、热点与趋势。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)期刊全文数据库、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)与中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)数据库中检索建库至2023年8月31日中医外治法防治骨质疏松症的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1软件对纳入文献的作者、机构、关键词进行可视化分析并绘制网络图谱。结果:共纳入975篇相关文献,形成以欧阳钢、赵英侠等为核心的多个研究团队,研究核心机构以福建中医药大学、南京中医药大学、上海中医药大学等中医药院校为代表。高频关键词中包含的中医外治法有针灸疗法、温针灸、电针、穴位贴敷、穴位埋线等。关键词突现前5位为综述、生活质量、骨代谢、穴位埋线、雌二醇。结论:中医外治法防治骨质疏松症手段多样,研究方式多以临床研究与基础实验研究为主,未来可探索作用机制研究方向,注重治疗安全,加强研究团队间交流合作,促进中医外治法防治骨质疏松症的长足发展。Objective:To analyze the research status,hot spot and trend of TCM external treatment in the field of osteoporosis prevention and treatment.Methods:The literature on the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine from August 31,2023 was retrieved from CNKI periodical full-text database,Wanfang,VIP and SinoMed database.CiteSpace 6.1 software was used to visually analyze the authors,institutions and keywords of the included literatures and draw the network map.Results:A total of 975 relevant papers were included,and multiple research teams were formed with Ouyang Gang and Zhao Yingxia as the core,and the core research institutions were represented by Fujian University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,Shanghai University of Chinese Medicine and other traditional Chinese medicine colleges.The high-frequency keywords include acupuncture,warm acupuncture,electroacupuncture,acupoint application,acupoint burying and so on.The top 5 keywords were summary,quality of life,bone metabolism,acupoint embedding and estradiol.Conclusions:There are various methods for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,and the research methods mainly focus on clinical research and basic experimental research.In the future,we can explore the research direction of the mechanism of action,pay attention to treatment safety,strengthen communication and cooperation among research teams,and promote the rapid development of external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis.
