摘 要:激光增材再制造技术是基于激光熔覆、激光堆焊等激光沉积技术原理实现各种金属零部件损伤部位的几何尺寸或综合性能恢复的绿色制造新技术。针对激光增材再制造技术,具体阐述了增材再制造技术的国内外现状,并详细介绍了激光增材再制造的工艺类型以及在各行业的应用,最后展望了激光增材再制造技术的发展趋势。Laser additive manufacturing is regarded as a new green creation method.It is a technology that is grounded in the principles of laser deposition technology,such as laser cladding and laser cladding welding,and is utilized for achieving the restoration of geometry or comprehensive performance in damaged parts of various components.The current status of additive manufacturing technology both domestically and internationally was specified.Additionally,a detailed introduction was provided regarding the process types of laser additive manufacturing and its applications across various industries.Finally,an outlook on the development trend of laser additive manufacturing technology was presented.
