食品接触用纸中铅含量测定的能力验证结果分析

摘　　要：为考核检测机构在食品接触材料领域中重金属含量测定的检测能力,促进参加实验室提高检测水平。设计实施了食品接触用纸中铅含量的测定能力验证项目,以食品接触用牛皮纸为样品,对参加实验室的测定结果进行稳健统计分析,采用Z比分数评价各参加实验室的测试结果。参加验证的36家实验室中,35家结果满意,满意率为97.2%,1家结果不满意。ICP-OES、GFAAS和ICP-MS这3种仪器测试结果之间无显著性差异。The proficiency testing program was designed and organized,to evaluate the testing ability of food contact material testing institutions on lead,and promote the testing capability of participating laboratories.Kraft paper for food contact was used as sample,Robust statistical analysis was conducted on the determination results of participating laboratories,and the laboratory's ability to determine lead was evaluated by Z score.The results of 35 out of 36 laboratories were satisfactory,reaching a satisfaction rate of 97.2%,The result of 1 laboratory was not satisfactory.There was no significant difference among the test results of ICP-OES,GFAAS and ICP-MS.
