摘　　要：《中华人民共和国生物安全法》的颁布实施,对落实总体国家安全观、筑牢生物安全屏障提出更高要求。本文研究了国内外生物安全管理现状,分析了生物安全实验室安全管理系统性、安全要素全面性、运行规范性等方面存在的不足,对加强生物安全实验室安全管理体系建设进行了思考,提出5个方面的建议。在某动物检疫实验室进行了实践,形成更为健全的生物实验室安全管理体系。Biosecurity Law of the People's Republic of China puts forward higher requirements for implementing the overall national security concept and building a strong biosafety barrier.This paper studies the current situation of biosafety management in China and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings in the systematic,comprehensive,and standardized operation of biosafety laboratory safety management,and proposes five suggestions for strengthening the construction of biosafety laboratory safety management system.A certain animal quarantine laboratory has conducted practice and formed a more comprehensive safety management system of the bio-safe laboratory.
