摘　　要：莫伯治创作的庭园酒家是岭南现代建筑的代表作之一,其陈设艺术丰富了庭园酒家的室内环境,同时还营造了独特的空间氛围,蕴藏着许多价值等待挖掘。通过分析莫伯治三大庭园酒家的创作背景,总结酒家中的陈设艺术设计特点,结合陈设艺术对空间营造的作用,举例分析庭园酒家中陈设艺术的形式载体,运用建筑体验相关理论方法从传统工艺、艺术氛围、广府文化、世俗情感和美好寓意等五个方面对陈设艺术的价值呈现进行深入探讨,以期阐明其中所蕴含的价值,赋值当下的陈设艺术设计。The Garden Restaurant created by Mobozhi is one of the representative works of Lingnan modern architecture.Its furnishings enrich the interior environment of the restaurant and create a unique spatial atmosphere,embodying numerous values waiting to be explored.This article analyzes the creative background of Mobozhi’s three major Garden Restaurants,summarizes the design characteristics of furnishings in the restaurants,and combines the role of furnishings in spatial creation.By providing examples of the form and medium of furnishings in Garden Restaurants,this article employs theories and methods related to architectural experience.It delves into the value presentation of furnishings in depth from five aspects:traditional craftsmanship,artistic atmosphere,Cantonese culture,secular emotions,and symbolic meanings,aiming to elucidate the inherent value and contribute to the current design of furnishings.
