摘 要:基于ABAQUS有限元软件建立地面沉降荷载作用下含内压管道有限元模型,探究地面沉降荷载作用下含内压管道的应力和变形特征,研究沉降位移和沉降区尺寸对运行状态下埋地管道力学性能的影响规律。该模型综合考虑材料非线性应力应变特征和管土非线性相互作用,较为真实地模拟地面沉降荷载作用下含内压管道的受力情况。研究表明:地面沉降荷载作用下含内压管道最大Mises应力和最大竖直位移均发生在沉降区中心处;管道最大Mises应力随着沉降位移增大而不断增加,其应力增大速率不断降低;沉降区尺寸对管道最大Mises应力的影响没有沉降位移显著。Based on ABAQUS finite element software,a finite element model of buried pipe with internal pressure suffering from ground settlement load was established to explore the stress and deformation characteristics of the pipe with internal pressure suffering from ground settlement load.Besides,the influences of settlement displacement and settlement zone dimension on the mechanical properties of buried pipe under operating conditions were studied.Considering the material nonlinear stress-strain characteristics and pipe-soil nonlinear interaction,the proposed model can simulate the stress of buried pipe with internal pressure suffering from ground settlement load more realistically.The results show that the maximum Mises stress and maximum vertical displacement of the pipe with internal pressure suffering from ground settlement load both occur at the center of the settlement zone.The maximum Mises stress for the buried pipe increases with the increase of settlement displacement,and the stress increasing rate decreases continuously.The influence of the settlement zone dimension on the maximum Mises stress is not as significant as that of the settlement displacement.
