摘 要:济南某黄河大桥主桥420 m跨钢箱拱采用三段法安装,中段拱肋两端安装提升锚固座进行垂直提升,锚固座与连接拱肋组成的提升锚固段结构复杂、焊缝密集、制造安装精度要求高。从网状吊杆拱桥结构特点出发,分析了提升锚固段制造重难点,论述了提升锚固段的加工制造工艺,解决了提升锚固段制造过程精度控制、焊接变形等诸多技术难题。The 420 m span steel box arch of the main bridge of a Yellow River Bridge in Jinan is installed by threesection method.The lifting anchor seat at the two ends of the middle arch rib is installed for vertical lifting.The lifting anchor section composed of the anchor seat and the connecting arch rib has complex structure,dense welds and high requirements for manufacturing and installation precision.Based on the structural characteristics of the mesh boom arch bridge,this paper analyzes the manufacturing difficulties of the anchorage section,discusses the manufacturing process of the anchorage section,and solves many technical problems such as the precision control and welding deformation of the manufacturing process of the anchorage section.
