摘 要:结合实际的隧道扩挖施工工程,深入探讨了既有铁路隧道改扩建工程中的开挖施工技术。详细介绍了隧道的衬砌状况与相关问题,包括施工特点、原有衬砌拆除风险、低等级围岩施工难点以及对施工的影响。探讨了不同的开挖方法选择,包括常规开挖方法(手工法和机械法)以及先进开挖技术(预裂控制爆破技术和TBM技术)。分析了开挖施工过程中的关键技术,包括衬砌拆除与支护、扩挖施工流程。通过深入研究和探讨,旨在为隧道改扩建工程的实际应用提供有益的参考,促进隧道施工技术的不断创新与发展。Based on the actual construction process of tunnel expansion,this paper discussed in depth the excavation construction technology in the renovation and expansion of existing railway tunnels,introduced in detail the lining condition and related issues of the tunnel,including construction characteristics,the demolition risk of original lining,and the difficulties of low-grade surrounding rock construction,as well as their impact on construction.Explored different excavation method choices,including conventional excavation methods(manual and mechanical methods)and advanced excavation technology(pre split controlled blasting technology and TBM technology).Analyzed the key technology in the excavation construction process,including lining removal and support,the expansion excavation construction process.Through in-depth research and exploration,the aim is to provide useful references for the practical application of tunnel renovation and expansion engineering,promoted the continuous innovation and development of tunnel construction technology.
