摘　　要：测绘地理信息档案是重要的地理空间信息资源,是国民经济建设的重要基础。随着湖北省新型基础测绘试点项目的逐步开展,如何对项目进行归档成为迫切需要研究的问题。在分析总结我国新型基础测绘产品及其归档方法的基础上,深入分析了湖北省新型基础测绘的产品体系及归档要求,提出了湖北省新型基础测绘项目的归档方法,包括归档程序与规范、操作职责、核查流程、移交流程等。研究为湖北省新型基础测绘项目归档的规范化管理奠定了坚实的基础。Surveying and mapping geographical information archives are vital spatial information resources,and form an important foundation for national economic construction.With the gradual implementation of new fundamental surveying and mapping pilot projects in Hubei Prov-ince,it becomes an urgent research topic to archive these projects.Based on analysis and review of national and Hubei Province's new fundamen-tal surveying and mapping products and their archiving methods,we explored the product system and archiving requirements of new fundamental surveying and mapping in Hubei Province,and proposed archiving methods for new fundamental surveying and mapping projects in Hubei Prov-ince,including archiving procedures and specifications,operational responsibilities,verification processes and transfer processes.The research lays a solid foundation for the standardized management of new fundamental surveying and mapping project archiving in Hubei Province.
