摘 要:花生壳中富含纤维素,是制备纤维素吸附材料的良好来源。通过氢氧化钠-亚氯酸钠法提取花生壳中的纤维素,并以丙烯酰胺为单体、硝酸铈铵为引发剂对花生壳纤维素进行接枝共聚改性,以吸附溶液中Cd^(2+)的量为考察指标,考察丙烯酰胺用量、硝酸铈铵用量、反应温度、反应时间四个因素对改性效果的影响。结果表明:在接枝共聚反应体系中添加6 g丙烯酰胺单体,0.3 g硝酸铈铵,55℃条件下反应4 h,得到的改性花生壳纤维素对水溶液中Cd^(2+)的吸附效果最好,吸附量为13.741 mg/g。以此为基础,优化吸附条件将进一步提高吸附率,扩大了废弃花生壳的应用范围。Peanut shell is rich in cellulose,so it is a good source for preparing cellulose adsorption materials.In this paper,cellulose from peanut shell was extracted by sodium hydroxide-sodium chlorite method,and the peanut shell cellulose was grafted with acrylamide as monomer and ammonium cerium nitrate as initiator.The amount of Cd^(2+)in the adsorption solution was used as the index to investigate the effects of the amount of acrylamide,ammonium cerium nitrate,reaction temperature and reaction time on the modification effect.The results showed that the modified peanut shell cellulose obtained by adding 6 g acrylamide monomer and 0.3 g ammonium cerium nitrate to the graft copolymerization system had the best adsorption effect on Cd^(2+)in aqueous solution at 55℃for 4 h,and the adsorption capacity was 13.741 mg/g.On this basis,optimization of the adsorption process will further improve the adsorption rate and expand the application range of waste peanut shells.
