光纤溶脂技术在面颈部脂肪松垂患者轮廓塑造中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨光纤溶脂技术在面颈部脂肪松垂患者轮廓塑造中的应用效果。方法随机将2022年1月-2023年6月在我院就诊的78例面颈部脂肪松垂患者分为对照组(n=39)和观察组(n=39)。对照组接受负压吸脂技术治疗,观察组接受光纤溶脂技术治疗。比较两组手术时间、术后1d视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、伤口愈合时间、瘀斑消退时间以及治疗1个月、3个月后的总体美容改善评分法(IGAIS)评分;统计两组患者、医生手术效果满意率和术后并发症发生率。结果观察组手术时间、术后1d时VAS评分、伤口愈合时间、瘀斑消退时间均低于对照组,而术后1个月、3个月时IGAIS评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.772、7.178、13.349、2.677、5.067、5.755;P<0.05);观察组患者及医生手术效果满意率(92.31%;94.87%)均高于对照组(71.79%;76.92%),而术后并发症发生率(5.13%)低于对照组(23.08%),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.517、5.186、5.186;P<0.05)。结论光纤溶脂技术具有创伤小、术后并发症发生风险低、患者术后恢复快等优势,其用于面颈部脂肪松垂患者轮廓塑造临床疗效较好,患者术后满意度较高。Objective To explore the application effect of fiber lipolysis technology in contour shaping of patients with facial and neck fat laxity.Methods A total of 78 patients with faciocervical fat laxity who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into a control group(n=39)and an observation group(n=39).The control group was treated with negative pressure liposuction,and the observation group was treated with fiber lipolysis.The operation time,visual analogue scale(VAS)score at 1 day after operation,wound healing time,ecchymosis disappearance time,and Improvement based on global aesthetic improvement scale(IGAIS)score at 1 month and 3 months after treatment were compared between the two groups.Statistics of two groups of patients,doctors surgery effect satisfaction rate and the incidence of postoperative complications.Results The operation time,VAS score on the first day after operation,wound healing time and ecbruise disappearance time of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,while the IGAIS scores on the first and third month after operation were higher,with statistical significance(t=3.772,7.178,13.349,2.677,5.067,5.755;P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of patients and doctors in the observation group(92.31%;94.87%)were higher than those in the control group(71.79%;76.92%),while the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(5.13%)was lower than that in the control group(23.08%),with statistical significance(χ2=5.517,5.186,5.186;P<0.05).Conclusion Fiber lipolysis technology has the advantages of less trauma,low risk of postoperative complications,and rapid postoperative recovery of patients.It has a good clinical effect in contouring patients with facial and neck fat laxity,and the postoperative satisfaction of patients is high.
