瓜石汤联合丹参片治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨瓜石汤联合丹参片治疗玫瑰痤疮的疗效及安全性。方法选取2021年6月-2023年6月期间在庆阳市中医医院收治的辩证属阴虚内热兼血瘀的玫瑰痤疮患者90例,按治疗方案的不同分为对照组和观察组,各45例。对照组给予常规药物治疗(外用甲硝唑凝胶+口服多西环素胶囊),研究组在常规用药的基础上给予瓜石汤联合丹参片治疗,均治疗8周。观察两组患者的治疗有效率、主观和客观症状评分、皮肤屏障功能评分、玫瑰痤疮生活质量量表(RosaQoL)评分及不良反应发生情况。结果研究组治疗总有效率为93.33%,整体疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组主观症状总分和各客观皮损症状(潮红、红斑、毛细血管扩张、丘疹脓疱)评分均显著降低,且研究组的主观症状总分和各客观皮损症状评分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的经皮水分流失量(TEWL)均显著降低,角质层含水量显著升高(P<0.05);治疗后研究组的TEWL低于对照组,角质层含水量高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组RosaQoL的各维度得分及总分均显著降低,且研究组的RosaQoL各维度得分及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论瓜石汤联合丹参片治疗属阴虚内热兼血瘀的玫瑰痤疮疗效佳,可明显缓解患者的症状和改善皮肤状态,并提高生活质量,安全性高。Objective To investigate the effifficacy and safety of Guashi Decoction combined with Danshen tablets in the treatment of rosacea acne.Methods A total of 90 patients with rosacea acne characterized by Yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat combined with blood stasis,admitted to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital in Qingyang City,from June 2021 to June 2023,were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the difffferent treatment regimens.Each group consisted of 45 cases.The control group received conventional drug therapy(topical metronidazole gel+oral doxycycline capsules),while the study group received Guashi Decoction combined with Danshen tablets on the basis of conventional treatment.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The therapeutic effifficacy,subjective and objective symptom scores,skin barrier function score,Rosacea Quality of Life(RosaQoL)score,and occurrence of adverse reactions were observed in both groups of patients.Results The research group achieved a total effffective rate of 93.33%,which was signifificantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,both subjective symptom scores and objective skin lesion scores(flflushing,erythema,telangiectasia,papules and pustules)were signifificantly reduced in both groups.However,the research group had lower scores for subjective symptoms and objective skin lesions compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,after treatment,Trans Epidermal Water Loss(TEWL)in both groups signifificantly decreased,while the moisture content of the stratum corneum signifificantly increased(P<0.05).The research group had a TEWL and higher moisture content of the stratum corneum compared to the control group(P<0.05)after treatment.Additionally,the scores for each dimension and the total score of the RosaQoL(Rose quality of life)scale signifificantly decreased in both groups after treatment.However,the research group had lower scores for each dimension and the total score of the RosaQoL scale compared to the control gro
