摘　　要：随着整形外科的发展及人们对鼻部形态的外观要求提升,鼻部增容性手术已成为当前国内鼻整形手术的首选方式,因此不同种类的填充材料应运而生。使用自体组织进行手术后可能出现供体区并发症等问题,因此人工材料在鼻整形手术中的广泛应用。然而,目前为止尚未发现理想的人工材料能够完全代替自体组织。随着对人工材料的研究和应用不断深入,目前更倾向于采用自体组织联合人工材料的方式进行鼻整形手术。自体组织可以提供更加自然的效果和提高安全性,同时人工材料可以弥补自体组织的不足。本文总结了目前人工材料在鼻整形中的应用,为植入物的选择提供参考。With the development of plastic surgery and people's increasing requirements for the appearance of nasal morphology,nasal volume expansion surgery has become the first way of rhinoplasty surgery in China,so different kinds of filling materials emerged.However,complications in the donor area enhenced the wide application of artificial materials in rhinoplasty.Up to now,no artificial material can entirely replace autologous tissues.With the further research and application of artificial materials,it is now more inclined to use autologous tissue combined with artificial materials for rhinoplasty surgery.Autologous tissues makes result more natural and more safe,and artificial materials covers the shortage of autologous tissues.This paper summarizes the current application of artificial materials in rhinoplasty to provide a reference for the selection of implants.
