摘　　要：伤口组织修复是一个复杂的多阶段生物学过程。处理皮肤创伤时常用敷料来保护伤口免受细菌感染,但传统敷料如纱布、绷带等存在透气性和防水性较差、无抗菌和无促进组织修复等缺点,在使用过程中效果并不明显。而部分天然蛋白质由于具有良好的生物相容性、生物降解性以及促细胞增殖、迁移等优点可用做制备伤口敷料,在生物医药等领域表现出巨大的应用潜力。本文综述了部分天然蛋白质促进皮肤伤口愈合的机制及其临床应用,为伤口治疗提供新的思路。Wound tissue repair is a complex multistage biological process.Dressings are often used to protect skin wounds from bacterial infection,but traditional dressings such as gauze and bandages have shortcomings such as poor air permeability and waterproofness,and also lacking antibacterial and tissue repair function,which makes them limited effectiveness in the process of use.Some natural proteins can be used as wound dressings having great potential in medicine due to their good biocompatibility,biodegradability,and the ability to promote cell proliferation and migration.This paper reviewed the research progress of some natural proteins in wound healing and their clinical application,providing new idea for wound treatment.
