小麦新品种驻麦328产质量及抗病性分析

摘　　要：结合2015—2016年度和2016—2017年度国家黄淮南片水地组区域试验及2016—2017年度国家黄淮南片水地组生产试验数据,利用方差分析、高稳系数法等对驻麦328的丰产性、稳产性、抗病性及品质特性进行了全面分析。结果表明:各试验中,驻麦328的产量均显著高于对照品种偃展4110,显示出较好的丰产性;驻麦328产量的高稳系数均高于对照品种偃展4110,显示出较好的稳产性;驻麦328在2015—2016年度和2016—2017年度国家黄淮南片水地组区域试验及2016—2017年度国家黄淮南片水地组生产试验中的适应度分别为100.0%、95.5%、100.0%,显示出较好的适应性;驻麦328对条锈病和叶锈病抗性较强,可作为绿色优良品种推广应用;驻麦328为中筋小麦品种,适用于面条、馒头、包子等传统面制食品的制作。Based on the data of national Huanghuai southern irrigated land group regional trials from 2015 to 2016 and from 2016 to 2017,as well as the data of national Huanghuai southern irrigated land group production trial from 2016 to 2017,using methods such as analysis of variance and high stability coefficient,this study analyzed yield ability,yield stability,disease resistance,and quality characteristics of Zhumai 328.The results showed that in all experiments,the yield of Zhumai 328 was significantly higher than that of the control variety Yanzhan 4110,showing good yield ability;the high stability coefficient of yield of Zhumai 328 was higher than that of the control variety Yanzhan 4110,indicating good yield stability;the fitness of Zhumai 328 in the national Huanghuai southern irrigated land group regional trials from 2015 to 2016 and from 2016 to 2017,and national Huanghuai southern irrigated land group production trial from 2016 to 2017 were 100.0%,95.5%,and 100.0%,respectively,demonstrating good adaptability;Zhumai 328 had strong resistance to stripe rust and leaf rust,and could be promoted and applied as a green and excellent variety;Zhumai 328 was a medium gluten wheat variety,which is suitable for making noodles,mantou,steamed buns and other traditional flour foods.
