摘 要:为了研究添加不同辅料与菌剂对牛粪堆肥过程中堆体理化性质的影响,本研究以牛粪为原料,设置7个不同处理开展了堆肥试验。结果表明,在堆肥过程中,随着堆肥天数的增加,7个处理的水分含量和C/N值均呈下降趋势,pH值先升后降,有机质含量先降后升,种子发芽指数增加。处理T_(1)(牛粪+玉米秸秆+发酵菌剂)和处理T_(2)(牛粪+稻草+发酵菌剂)堆体升温快、高温期持续时间长,最高温度可达到66~67℃,高温期持续30~32 d,加快了堆肥腐熟进程,提高了种子发芽指数。堆肥结束时,处理T_(1)和处理T_(2)的种子发芽指数分别达到90.26%和88.48%。隶属函数综合评价表明,处理T_(1)的腐熟程度最高,即当牛粪与玉米秸秆配比为4∶1时,添加0.3‰发酵菌剂有利于堆肥腐熟。In order to study the effects of adding different subsidiary materials and microorganism agents on the physicochemical properties of cow manure during the composting process,this study conducted the composting experiments by setting up 7 different treatments and using cow manure as the raw material.The results showed that during the composting process,with the increase of composting days,the water content and C/N value of each treatment showed a downward trend,the pH value first increased and then decreased,the organic matter content first decreased and then increased,and the seed germination index increased.Treatment T_(1)(cow manure+corn straw+fermenting microorganism agent)and treatment T_(2)(cow manure+rice straw+fermenting microorganism agent)had a fast temperature rise and a long high temperature period,the highest temperature could reach 66-67℃,and the high temperature period lasted for 30-32 d,which accelerated the composting process and improved the seed germination index.The seed germination indices of treatment T_(1)and treatment T_(2)reached 90.26%and 88.48%respectively at the end of composting.The comprehensive evaluation of the membership function showed that treatment T_(1)had the highest degree of decomposition,that was,when the ratio of cow manure to corn straw was 4∶1,adding 0.3‰fermenting microorganism agent was most conducive to compost decomposition.
