摘　　要：随着江苏省肉羊产业的快速发展,粗饲料资源缺乏等问题日益凸显。本文总结了江苏省粗饲料资源现状,介绍了粗饲料资源的不同加工处理方法(包括物理法、化学法、生物法、复合处理法),并简要介绍了农作物秸秆在肉羊生产中的应用,以期为江苏省肉羊产业的发展和粗饲料资源的高效开发利用提供参考。With the rapid development of mutton sheep industry in Jiangsu Province,the shortage of roughage forage resources has become increasingly prominent.This paper summarized the current situation of roughage forage resources in Jiangsu Province,introduced the different processing methods(including physical methods,chemical methods,biological methods and composite processing methods),and briefly introduced the application of crop straw in the production of mutton sheep,so as to provide references for the development of mutton sheep industry in Jiangsu Province and the efficient exploitation of roughage forage resources.
