摘  要:构建硫自养反硝化反应器分别探究污水处理厂二级出水的深度脱氮与尾水的极限脱氮。研究结果表明,在DO的质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L,HRT为15 min的条件下,二级出水TN的质量浓度由10 mg/L左右稳定降至5 mg/L以下,出水TN可达到昆明市地方标准DB5301/T 43—2020《城镇污水处理厂主要水污染物排放限值》中A级标准;在DO的质量浓度低于0.5 mg/L,HRT为20 min的条件下,尾水TN的质量浓度由6 mg/L左右稳定降至1 mg/L以下,出水TN可达到GB 3838—2002《地表水环境质量标准》中Ⅲ类水标准。采用高通量测序对反应器内微生物群落结构进行分析,结果表明在属水平上硫自养反硝化优势菌群有Thiobacillus和Sulfurimonas。Sulfur autotrophic denitrification reactor was constructed to explore the advanced nitrogen removal of secondary effluent water of sewage treatment plant and limiting nitrogen removal of tail water.The study results showed that,under the condition that the mass concentration of DO was lower than 0.5 mg/L,the HRT was 15 min,the mass concentration of TN of the secondary effluent water could be steadily reduced from about 10 mg/L to less than 5 mg/L,and the effluent TN concentration could meet the requirement of grade A in local standard of DB5301/T 43—2020 Emission limits for main water pollutants from urban sewage treatment plants of Kunming city.Under the condition that the mass concentration of DO was lower than 0.5 mg/L,the HRT was 20 min,the mass concentration of TN in the tail water steadily decreased from about 6 mg/L to below 1 mg/L,the TN concentration in the effluent water could meet the Class Ⅲ water standard in GB 3838—2002 Environmental quality standards for surface water.The microbial community structure in the reactor was analyzed by high-throughput sequencing,and the results showed that the dominant surfur autotrophic denitrifying bacteria at genus level were Thiobacillus and Sulfurimonas.
