摘 要:针对常规真空脱氧塔的腔室之间存在配水不均匀、串气和压力互扰的现象,以及脱氧效率低、设备尺寸大等问题,对真空脱氧塔的配水系统、填料选择、淋水盘等进行了优化设计,优化后的真空脱氧塔能够高效除氧,减少加药量,节省建设和运行费用,处理后的出水水质良好,满足油田注水和生产用水对含氧量的要求。In view of the phenomena of uneven water distribution,gas crossing and pressure interference between chambers of conventional vacuum deoxidation tower,as well as the existing problems such as low deoxidization efficiency,large equipment size and so on,the design of water distribution system,packing selection and water spray tray of the vacuum deoxidation tower were modified.The modified vacuum deoxidation tower can remove oxygen more efficiently,reduce the reagent dosage,and save construction and operation costs.The effluent water quality after the treatment is good and meets the oxygen content requirement of oilfield water injection and production water supply.
