摘 要:为解决现有NR/DAPI共染色-荧光计数法对水样中微塑料(MPs)的高估问题,对水样及实验器具的处理方法进行了优化研究。优化试验结果表明,在500℃条件下对玻璃器皿、滤膜灼烧1 h,可显著减少由实验器具带入样品中的MPs;对自来水样品采用30%H_(2)O_(2)在V_(H_(2)O_(2))∶VH_(2)O=1∶5条件下消解24 h,可消除水样中有机物引起的结果高估。采用改进的NR/DAPI共染色-荧光计数法对合肥市不同区域自来水样品测定结果表明,样品中MPs的平均浓度范围为350~1250个/L,占比最大的MPs种类为聚乙烯(PE,占比为40%~60%),尺寸小于10μm的MPs占比较高(36%~71%)。自来水样品中的MPs具有显著的时间分布特征,在夜间用水低谷时段供水管网中自来水流速低,小颗粒MPs发生沉降聚集,导致早晨龙头初放水中MPs浓度显著高于其他时段。In order to solve the overestimation problem of existing NR/DAPI co-staining-fluorescence counting method for determination of microplastics in tap water,the methods for water samples and experimental devices treatment were optimized.The optimized test results showed that,burning the glass wares and the filter membrane for 1 h at 500℃ could significantly reduce the MPs brought into the sample by the experimental equipment.Digesting tap water samples with 30%H_(2)O_(2)(V_(H_(2)O_(2)):VH_(2)O=1:5)for 24 hours could eliminate the overestimation of experimental results caused by organic matters in water samples.Using the improved NR/DAPI co-staining-fluorescence counting method to determine tap water samples from different districts of Hefei city,the results showed that,the average concentrations of MPs in those samples was in the range of 350-1250 n/L,polyethylene(PE)accounting for the largest proportion(40%-60%)followed by the proportion of PMs with a size less than 10μm(36%-71%).The MPs in tap water samples had significant temporal distribution characteristics,during the low water usage period at night,the flow rate of tap water in the pipeline network was low,and small particles of MPs settled and accumulated,resulting in a significantly higher concentration of MPs in the initial discharge tap water in morning than in other time periods.
